In March 2022, we started the construction of the rental housing village "Dzilnupes", that consists of 6 residential houses with 4 apartments in each of it. In the near future, a second and third round of construction is planned, expanding the village with several apartment houses and improving the waterfront public space to be available only to the residents of the village.
The story of the village began 10 years ago, when it was intended for the construction of private houses, but was stopped and neglected due to the economic crisis. We saw a unique potential in the project due to its excellent location, which is close to both nature and the capital. Today, we have modernized the original idea to make living spaces more spacious and energy efficient.
By taking care of the housing sustainability and preventing excessive energy consumption, we have installed heat pumps. In the near future, it is planned to install solar panels in order to reduce both the impact on the environment and the monthly payments of the residents.
In cooperation with the architect Guntis Ziņgis, we have successfully managed to modernize the existing project and transform it into attractive residential village in Pierīga. For improving the comfort level of our residents, each apartment has a terrace, a private green area, two parking spaces, and energy-efficient heating with heat pumps. Each apartment has a carefully designed layout, which is implemented with high-quality and natural materials.
