In the middle of 2023, a major project was launched - energy efficiency improvement measures in the apartment building at 106 Kalnciema Street. The project is being implemented with ALTUM co-financing.
Our energy efficiency measures will result in 72.59 kWh/m2 heat energy savings per year and 58.13 CO2eq/year greenhouse gas reductions.
The main actions carried out within the project are the insulation of the basement, facade, basement slab and attic slabs, as well as the replacement of windows and doors. The project also includes the renovation of the staircases and the replacement and renewal of the roofing and related elements.
Alongside the general construction works, the heating, water supply and sewerage systems are being replaced.
