Reconstruction and renovation works of the customer service centre owned by State Real Estate at 1 Talejas Street

Between August 2021 and April 2022, we carried out a refurbishment and renovation project at the Client Service Centre at Talejas Street 2, Riga. We carried out the remodelling and renovation works in cooperation with SJSC “State Real Estate”.

In the 44 798m2 office building, which was mainly built for the State Revenue Service of Latvia, we dismantled the flooring, milled and leveled the subfloor and laid new flooring. Wall repair and painting works were also carried out, as well as electrical re-wiring works, including re-routing of cables, installation and replacement of sockets and light fittings. As part of the project, the premises were adapted for environmental accessibility by installing tactile markings and guidelines.
