From October 2019 till February 2020, in cooperation with SIA "Rīgas nami", we carried out the renovation works of the House of Black Heads at Rātslaukuma 7, Riga. This building holds a unique historical heritage, and we made sure that the work was done with quality, respecting and preserving the cultural and historical values of the building.
During the renovation process of the House of Black Heads, we did renovation works, dismantling works, construction of new finishes, construction of electrical supply and electronic communication system, installation of air duct outlets, restoration of wall decoration, construction of partition walls, construction of electric drive etc.
