A multi-apartment housing complex where HAGBERG provides full-service management services to more than 250 apartment owners. In 2023, HAGBERG also started providing services at the project's parking lot at 39 Brāļu Kaudzīšu Street, Riga, where 287 parking spaces and 14 shared electric charging parking spaces have been built for apartment owners.
